The design of this office building of approximately 10,000 M² accentuates the diversity of the building's unique site. A narrow facade facing the main street, the long side facades and the ten story rear elevation are designed in different scales, corresponding to their exposure to near bye pedestrian and distanced vehicular traffic. Various construction techniques and materials are used including plain stone walls, building panels, and to glass curtain walls.
